Our commitment to your privacy and security is a top priority at
balconyinstyle. We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet
storefronts use. Rest assured that we do never trade your address material.
PAYMENT METHOD & TERMS
We ship your order upon receipt of your full payment. Method of payments accepted are MC, VISA, AMEX, Money Order, Paypal and Personal Check.
For personal checks please allow for a few extra days for clearance of the check.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All quoted Shipping & Handling cost are for the 48 contiguous states of the USA and include insurance for the merchandise in transit.
For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us to discuss shipping terms.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS/PROCEDURE
balconyinstyle will accept returns on all products in NEW condition and packed in original boxes
within 30 days of the delivery date. You need to contact us in order to obtain a RMA number.
balconyinstyle will issue the RMA. It is responsibility of the customer to arrange for shipment.
For large items, balconyinstyle will support the customer to arrange for handling with our preferred or
the customer's chosen freight company.
Return Conditions:
Upon receipt of the return merchandise at our warehouse, balconyinstyle will inspect the merchandise. Once merchandise is approved,
the credit to you will be issued via the same method of payment chosen by the customer.
There is NO re-stocking fee charged.
Please allow approximately 3 business days for
your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
DAMAGED & SHORT SHIPMENTS
For your protection, balconyinstyle purchases excess value coverage from
the various Interstate Common Carriers that we employ to ensure that the
merchandise you ordered arrives undamaged. The charge for this coverage is
INCLUDED in the delivery charge that we quote. In the unlikely event that your
shipment arrives with physical damage or shortage:
Advise the carrier’s representative that there is
physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or shortage) on the freight bill
(all damage/shortage must be stated on the freight bill, no damage/shortage claims
are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made).

OUR WARRANTY
Balconyinstyle is standing behind its merchandise and guarantees it will last with the buyer and provides
a two (2) years limited warranty to the orginial buyer for defective items. This warranty is from date of shipment and
covers for defects resulting from construction errors or faulty components used in the build of the furniture.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, weathering and minor discoloration or minor splintering of the wood.
Furthermore damages due to irregular and/or non-conform use of the product is not covered by warranty.
ORDER PRIORITY
balconyinstyle maintains listings of merchandise on other websites like ebay, google, amazon and yahoo.
Be assured that in case of a shortage situation, your order received on balconyinstyle will be processed with
first priority over orders received from other e-commerce platforms.
Shipping & Handling and Warranty terms may be altered at any time without further notice.
